Melton Building Society had developed an ambitious and dynamic business strategy. Now they needed a compelling brand strategy to help deliver it.
Brand performance is about more than connecting a brand with its customers. It’s also about instilling that brand in the culture, starting with employees. Because they’re the ones who deliver memorable customer experiences, helping to build loyalty and achieve results.
Alongside our signature brand workshops, we conducted over 80 one-to-one interviews across departments and seniority, to get to know the inner workings of the building society, and importantly engage staff in the development of their future brand reputation. The result of this part of our work was a brand strategy that is the platform for all Melton’s work on brand – the driver of the Melton Building Society experience.
