How We Drove Williams BMW to Award Victory – Twice!  

Williams BMW aimed high at the BMW Retailer of the Year awards. Initially thrilled just to be nominated, they went on to win the National Marketing Award not one, but two years in a row – and we couldn’t be prouder to be part of their success story.

At Begin, our talent in generating unique marketing ideas has once again propelled Williams BMW to the forefront, securing their second consecutive National Marketing Award. Our approach was about connecting the brand with its audience, creating experiences that resonate and drive performance. 

This year, our strategy included crafting a compelling video entry for the awards that highlighted Williams BMW’s marketing triumphs. Central to our campaign was the “Find Your Electric” event at RHS Garden Bridgewater, designed to showcase BMW’s new range of electric vehicles. This event not only offered a stunning backdrop but also an opportunity for customers to engage directly with the brand, resulting in a flawless 5-star customer rating and sales above target. 

We didn’t stop there. At the Bolesworth International Equestrian Festival, we introduced the BMW electric vehicles to a targeted audience, aligning the brand with a prestigious event and enhancing its stature. Additionally, the Manchester Art Fair featured our “Recharge In Nature” event, a creative collaboration with the Peak District National Park and local artists, offering a unique journey through art and nature. 

These carefully curated events were supported by a robust social media campaign, significantly extending the brands reach and engagement across multiple platforms.  

Our video submission brought these stories together in a dynamic format that went beyond traditional presentations, integrating real-life footage with hard-hitting statistics to tell a story of innovation and success. The result was a distinguished submission that captured the judges’ attention and won Williams BMW the coveted award.
